    When I export to Acrobat some of the text blocks and images are viewed as horizontal and misplaced on the document. What am I doing wrong?

  • 3. Capture screen shots and generate a demo
    I need find of which software is the best one you ever used that can capture screen shots and then let you add some comments, then combine them into a demo. The demo can be a set of web pages or single PDF file, which can be used for training your end users or for sales team. Say, you created a new database, you need show your user how to use it, click which menu, select which option etc. You better have a sequence of screen shots then you can published on your web site or print out ... You will need to add some explanations, warnings or other text message to the demo. Thanks.

    I was wondering if anybody has some guidence on how to install PM 6.0 on a XP Pro System. Yes I know it's not supposed to but - cutomer gives me old Mac 4.0 files and I have to try and cross platform and up convert and 6.5 doesn't like the files Thanks In Advance
  • 5. Question about PM 5 as far as upgrade and Win XP
    I'm sure PM 5 doesn't work with my Win XP Home, but I like to know for sure. What version do I need to upgrade to, so I can use it with my OS Win XP Home. Maybe I can ask, how new can I upgrade with having version 5 already. Can I upgrade to version 7 with version 5? Please forgive these stupid questions, but I appreciate if I can get an answer............Peter

Mr. Obtuse is in fact a Ms.  I have asked her for this information over 6
weeks ago.... but she is tooo busy.
I have tried to ask her for other formats .....
conversation went ...
Ms. "tell me what format you would like"
Me. "Text files would be great"
Ms. "Ok"
Me "How about the image files what format are they?"
Ms. "You can have them however you would like"
Me "how about a JPEG?"
Ms. "No"
Me "well how can you give them to me"
Ms. "how ever you like"
Me. "what do you usually work in"
Ms. "Tiff"
Me "give them to me as TIFF"
Ms. "I can give them to you however you like"
Felt like Monty Python Cheese shop


SO asking Ms. Obtuse isn't an option
and by the way Ms Obtuse is a Nun!

I've been working with pm6.5 for years using mac 9.0.  Suddenly, the
application will not open.  Reinstalled.  Successful installation.  PM

I read with interest the previous posts on this subject because I have this
problem right now.
Except I am printing to a Xerox 5799 with Fiery X2 rip.
I have created a Photoshop file which prints much like the screen and the
file prints like it looks.
But when I import it as a TIFF into PM 6.5 and print it it looks really
green.
This has only started to be a problem recently. Any help would be
appreciated.

Can anyone help, i have been given a manual from a friend who i lost contact 
with. he produced the documents in PM6 format which i believe is a pagemaker 
file.
Is there a program ( prefferabley free!!! ) that would allow me to view and 
or print the files?
