2.Printing one graphic over multiple pages
I have a graphic that spans 2 pages. When I insert it,
Word shrinks it to fit one page. When I enlarge it to the
normal size, it spans the two pages.
1. How do I keep Word from truncating my graphic?
2. How do I print the graphic so it spans the multiple
pages?
3.Splitting one large page into multiple smaller pages
Hello,
I have a PDF file that is a Chart and the quality is lousy when
printed to a plotter due to
apparent degredation in the PDF file with lots of lines, boxes and
text. The size is 42" x 120".
Which is a typical symptom for PDFs I have learned. Does anyone know
of a free or inexpensive
tool to split the PDF up into multipe pages that would be 42" x
perhaps 12" or 24".
Thanks,

4.multiple page to one document
I have been given a 67 page catalog made in PM 6.5. Each page has been
saved as a individual file. I have PM 7 and want to put these pages
into one document. Is there a simple way to do this?
5.Multiple linked excel pictures on one page
Hello
I am trying to create a page in Word that will contain 8 pictures, organized
in two columns, four rows. The pictures come from excel, where I have made
them embedded objects in a sheet; resized to be as close to the size of the
chart in Word as possible; and copied as pictures. In Word, I made a table
with two columns and four rows. I linked the pictures into the cells of the
table using edit+paste special+link. I then highlighted, and did
format+picture and cropped to get rid of the extra white border around the
actual chart inside the picture (this extra part occupies more than half of
the picture). I then manually resized the pictures so they occupy the full
cell of the table.
I have had two problems: (1) After closing and opening the files, and/or
making changes to the data underlying the excel charts, the cropping and
resizing of the pictures in the word document is lost; (2) There are some
borders around the picture area that I cannot seem to get rid of, despite
trying everything in formatting that I can think of (paragraph, table,
picture), etc. Does anybody have any ideas?
Thank you very much
