  • 2. HP 864N Mannual or ?
I was all over the HP site looking for a mannual for a HP 864N I replaced the HDD and must have misplaced(God knows I looked for it) some type of spacer or trim plate behind floppy drive. The exterior button does not reach the actual floppy inside. the drive bay unit which contains one hdd, one fdd, and one sd flash drive is firmly snapped in place it sort of pivots in and snaps into place. If anyone knows where I can d/l the mannual or knows which piece is missing I would greatly appreciate it. Ed
  • 3. Netserver LT6000r FPC problem
Hello, I acquired a LT6000r. It is now working. Here is the problem: The system will only boot up with the FPC disconnected. With the FPC connected, the system will receive power and after a while start blinking the yellow light. The system will not even start the recovery procedure (JP2) with the FPC on so that leaves me unable to flash all components to a decent BIOS state. The FPC reports version B.10.41. With the FPC disconnected, the system boots fine. Any ideas? TIA Christian

Yes, the major complaints (in news.software.readers) were that they
are doing it without consent, especially without consent from the
posters which do *not* *post* via/with Google Groups, and that they are
doing it after the fact, i.e. also for postings which were posted (can
you say "two *decades*"?) *before* this new policy came in effect.

Anyway, the concensus (in nsr) is that Google no longer cares about
Usenet, just about themselves. Case in point: The severely broken new
Google Groups 'BETA' user-interface.
