Mangling Wirt's pithy and sensible posting in the process :-(

You missed this one, Brice. I presume you find it unanswerable, and so
had to just gloss over it?

Why do you just want a link for this? Don't you want links for every
other statement that Wirt made here and which is manifestly (and
regrettably) untrue? Or do you realise that despite the GWB spin
doctoring that would want you to believe all those things, there *are*
no such links?

And they say Americans don't do irony....

The question of the WMD is shrouded in confusion. If you choose to
believe Bob Woodward, then GWB was hesitant to invade Iraq on the
WMD issue, and was finally sold on the idea by George Tenant.

Other people will tell you GWB was all gung-ho to invade for any reason,
while others will tell you the WMD's were there.

I 'glossed over' because no one knows at this point, but they
did find some.

I want a link because it is a question of fact, not opinion. The other
stuff is primarily matters of opinion.

A very arrogant, macho man was visiting another country.
He heard stories of a Guru nearby that had a reputation to be
completely unoffendable. Well, the man couldn't pass this up
so he sought out the Guru. Upon his arrival at the temple he
proceeded to insult and disrpect the Guru in every possible way.
Through out the whole interaction the Guru remained calm and
uneffected.

The man couldn't believe it and he said to the Guru, "You know,
I get this whole spiritual thing about not caring what other people
think, but I direspected you. You should learn to stand up for yourself."

The Guru responded, "My son, I'd like to ask you two questions.
One, if I offer you a gift and you refuse to accecpt my gift, to
whom does that gift still belong?"

The man says, "Well, I guess if I refuse it then it still belongs to you."

"Correct," said the the Guru. "Now here's my second question. If I
refuse to accept your abuse, to whom does it still belong?"
