I have tuned mine by using the "150 -> Keytime" command. This reduces the delay for the repeat key sequence and has helped. You can experiment with the number but if you go too low you will get double or triple key readings for a single press. Still with this adjustment I miss around 5% of my keystrokes. I also turned on the key beep so I can tell when it has missed an entry. I think the keyboard is way too stiff and I've even tried to wear it in by exercizing them with the unit off. I am now looking to find an old HP48g or SX like I used to have before loosing my SX in an office fire last year. See attached PDF. Let us know if you find a better solution as I really like the speed of the 49g+ M,#`P,#$S-C0P(#`P,#`P(&X@"C`P,#`P,3<Y.#4@,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#`Q M.#`P-B`P,#`P,"!N(`HP,#`P,#$X,38X(#`P,#`P(&X@"C`P,#`P,C(R-#$@ M,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#`R,C(V,B`P,#`P,"!N(`HP,#`P,#(R-#(T(#`P,#`P M(&X@"C`P,#`P,C8W,S<@,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#`R-C<U."`P,#`P,"!N(`HP M,#`P,#(V.30R(#`P,#`P(&X@"C`P,#`P,S`W.3`@,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#`S M,#@Q,2`P,#`P,"!N(`HP,#`P,#,P.3DU(#`P,#`P(&X@"C`P,#`P,S0Y.#D@ M,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#`S-3`Q,"`P,#`P,"!N(`HP,#`P,#,U,3DT(#`P,#`P M(&X@"C`P,#`P,SDU.3,@,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#`S.38Q-"`P,#`P,"!N(`HP M,#`P,#,Y-S@W(#`P,#`P(&X@"C`P,#`P-#,W-C`@,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#`T M,S<X,2`P,#`P,"!N(`HP,#`P,#0S.38U(#`P,#`P(&X@"C`P,#`P-#<V,C0@ M,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#`T-S8T-2`P,#`P,"!N(`HP,#`P,#0W.#(Y(#`P,#`P M(&X@"C`P,#`P-SDV,S(@,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#`W.38U-"`P,#`P,"!N(`HP M,#`P,#@Q,#(U(#`P,#`P(&X@"C`P,#`Q,C(P-30@,#`P,#`@;B`*,#`P,#$R M,C`W-B`P,#`P,"!N(`IT<F%I;&5R"CP\"B]3:7IE(#0X("]2;V]T(#$@,"!2 ;"CX^"G-T87)T>')E9@HQ,C,X,CD*)25%3T8*
