  • 1. Large file Download Question
I recently tried to download a large file (2.5GB). It stopped at 1996MB. I gave it a good hour or two and it never restarted downloading so I deleted the file. Now when I try to redownload the file it immediately says the file is downloaded, of course it is not. I have cleared the temporary internet files etc and it still does the same thing. Thanks
  • 2. Where is the hidden file..
Where is the file hidden that stores the usernames or other entered information in websites? When I pull up certain websites that have spaces for user names and passwords, usually when I start typing in the block, previous entered info starts to appear that I entered before. The problem now is that when you type fast sometimes it records the errors.. And this information stays even when I clean out the history, temp folders, and cache.. So where is the file kept so I can delete it and start from a > nice clean slate..?

Locale support

Postby bhp » Sat, 07 Aug 2004 10:03:05 GMT

does anyone know if there is a way to set locale setting
for some domains?

Example: I am french and would like to browse the
majority of my content in french, but when I use web
based applications - I would like that to be in english.

Is there a way to accomplish this through the browser or
will I have to have my web apps handle this?

Thanks

1.Printer Locale Support

Hello All,

I want language localization support for my printer driver.
I want the page size to be changed depending on the regional settings i
select..Say, i want paper size to be A4 when i change my regional
setting to JAPANESE as in below code.

I could not figure out any changes in my printer properties. I changed
the regional settings first and then installed my driver.

Is there any thing else to be added or changed in my code?

Any suggestions in this regard would help me?

Thanks in Advance.

Sush

3.East asian locale support with ce 5.0.

hi?
I'm trying to add any file of east asian to os image.
I tried the followings but all failed.
1. chinese os build
 a. set the build option -> locale to chinese(chinese)
 b. add 'traditional chinese' font ( MingLiu, MS Ming) to os design
 b. sysgen
 c. add a file of 'traditional chinese' to a bib file
 d. makeimg
 e. boot
After booting the ce device, I could find the os mui was chinese. But the
added file name is not correctly shown at 'my device'. It is crashed.

And when I tried again with korean locale, the result was same.

What is problem with my build process?
