Hi Bob, There are plenty of known issues with IE7. It would help if you described your issue more fully or gave a link as an example. It could also be your security settings. Regards. Postby SkFTT04 » Sun, 20 Jan 2008 02:47:01 GMT

I am unable to view any videos on the internet. I have also tried to download
adobe flash player several times and was unsuccesful. I have searched through
all of the help pages with no luck. reformatting my computer is the only
thing that worked. Two weeks kater I am back in the same position.

Can anyone help?

Thnx J

If searching through all the help pages didn't work, and reformatting
didn't work, maybe it's time to show the computer to a professional
technician

My post stated that reformatting is the only thing that did work. The problem
is corrected then it reoccurs. Reformatting is the only solution I have found
that works, it is only a tempoary solution however

What Norton application is installed? What third-party firewall might you
be using? What anti-spyware application(s) might be installed (other than
Defender)?
