Description:   Aetea Information Technology, Inc. is looking for an ASP/Visual Basic developer to work on-site at one of our most prestigious clients in the Center City Philadelphia area. The project is immediate and at least 18 months in length.



DESCRIPTION: 

Analyzes and designs information systems. Designs and writes application programs for the systems. Provides 24-hour daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolve them. Develops new programs to support specific customer needs and system upgrades.  Must be experienced with developing and supporting complex "n" tiered applications utilizing ASP, Oracle, MS Access, and Visual Basic skills. Proficient with supporting database to Excel reporting. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent people skills with strong emphasis on customer service. Position will support a number of Web sites and business applications. Pharmaceutical experience supporting Sales and Marketing applications a plus. Experience with all aspects of full life cycle development methods, including initial requirement gathering. Must work both independently and as part of a large team.



REQUIRED SKILLS:

ASP, VB, ORACLE, ACCESS, EXCEL, VB COM
