Skills:       Injection molded plastic part design
              Stamped sheet metal part design
              Die-cast part design
              Familiar with manufacturing process for the above
              Pro/Engineer Wildfire experience.
              Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T, ASME Y14.5)
              Six Sigma tolerance analysis.



Scope:        Design, analysis, documentation and testing of complex
              mechanical parts and assemblies; analysis of critical areas
              of the design (including dimensional and structural);
              conducting tests to evaluate and verify the robustness and
              proper performance of products.  Develop mechanical
              solutions under the guidance of the internal engineers.
              Complete engineering drawings compliant with company
              standards for assigned parts as well as other engineer's
              parts.
