  • 1. All contents of folder temporarily disappear when I move one email
Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) Processor: Power PC Email Client: pop When I move one email from one folder to another folder (whether it is to the trash folder or to a named folder that I created), all of the emails within all folders will temporarily disappear from view. If I close the Mail Window and then open it up again, everything is back in view again. This just started happening a few days ago. I have been using Entourage 2004 for 2 years without having this problem before. Any clues? I rebuilt the database and that resulted in some strange effects in of itself -- old emails long ago deleted showed up again!
  • 2. additional calendar templates ever created?
Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange has anyone ever developed additional calendar templates for entourage so that you can print weekly/monthly calendars with space in the layout to record notes, things to do (not just post my tasks)? i'm sort of looking for something like the daytimer layouts, but with my entourage calendar items included. Am I making sense? Is there anything like this? once an entourage user, always will be
  • 3. Why does Entourage authenticate differently than Outlook?
Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I'm trying to use Entourage with my corporate Exchange server (Exchange 2007). I can connect via Outlook while I'm in the office on the network, or through the internet without using a dedicated VPN connection. HOWEVER, with Entrourage, my connection only works in the office on the network - it does NOT work over the internet. I believe the issue may have to do with connectivity to the SSL server, but even if that's the case, why doesn't Outlook have the same problem?

Just spent days organizing and imputing my contact lists and at first I got error message 5.5.O , mail could not be sent 17099, when I inserted group in any sender box, (but would prefer it to send out my 25 member group in BCC) and would get this message unless I dragged the contacts individually and only up to 5 into the address bar. And now, days later
even sending out individual letters I get this message. Can't find it in Entourage help and ready to switch to g-mail. Will I be able to import my contacts list in full. Will it print out a list of my contacts spreadsheet like ( I've can snapshaategory colors and unreadable). Right now I can only print it out a couple entries to a page, which means wasting 48 pages instead of 2.
Not environmental and not practical. Please, any help much apprceciated or any other suggestions.
Such a time abyss.
