  • 1. How do I tell Entourage to send a copy of my email to my ISP's webmail site?
I'll be in Mexico next week and need to be able to read and send email from cybercafes--which I've had absolutely no luck doing in the past! Even now, while I'm still at my home office, I can log onto the webmail site of my ISP, RoadRunner, but my inbox, sent, and trash folders are all empty, even though via Entourage, I can see that there's stuff in all of them. RoadRunner Customer Service says there's a way to tell Entourage to automatically put copys of all email activities on their webmail site; but since Entourage isn't their baby, they can't tell me how to do it. Can anyone help? And if I get it working so I can use webmail in the States, what's up with doing it from other countries? RR says it should work, but I haven't even been able to log onto the webmail site when I've been in Mexico before. Gak! Thanks for any advice you can give.
  • 2. How to set a default address list to use?
I have an Exchange account, but all my contacts are in my local (Folders on my computer) contact folder. Previous to today, when I would start a new message, my local contact folder would always show up to the right of the "add an address to your message" popup window. Today it always comes up with the Exchange contact address book, which is empty, and I cannot seem to change it back. I don't see anyplace in the preferences to change this. Entourage 2004. Latest version as of 3 weeks ago. Thanks, Matt
  • 3. Time Zone Do Not Match
Was wondering why I keep getting this message showing up when I create a new Calendar Event..? Event and Calendar time zones do not match. In Calendar views the event time is adjusted to display correctly. It appears right below the tool bar (Invite, Save, Link, Print...) In my preferences both my computer and Entourage is set for Chicago time zone, but I still get this message... Am I missing something...?
  • 4. Entourage 2004 Signature Format
Hi, Just wondering if there are any more elegant solutions to a problem I've had with Entourage 2004. I'm used to the Outlook reply method, with the signature appearing below my reply, rather than at the foot of the email, and am being forced to use an applescript at the moment (Reply Insertion Reversed X) to achieve this. Is there any way to get the normal reply/forward buttons to have this effect? TIA
  • 5. Reference Books for new users
    > This message is in MIME format. Since your mail reader does not understand this format, some or all of this message may not be legible. Newbie to Mac and Entourage. I work in an office where secretaries still use typewriters. I like to set up Entourage so that secretaries and other office persons can share data, contacts and events. Is there a reference book that can help in this endeavor? Thanks. <HTML> <HEAD> <TITLE>Reference Books for new users</TITLE> </HEAD> <BODY> <FONT FACE="Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'>Newbie to Mac and Entourage.  I work in an office where secretaries still use typewriters.  I’d like to set up Entourage so that secretaries and other office persons can share data, contacts and events.  Is there a reference book that can help in this endeavor?  Thanks.</SPAN></FONT> </BODY> </HTML>

I have been using Entourage 2008 to connect to our Exchange server since it's release (part of Office 2008) and I have recently followed the instructions to update it to the Web Services Edition. 3.Having sync issues between Entourage 2008 Web Service Edition and Exchange 2007

I have having issue syncing some calendar entries between Entourage
2008 Web Service Edition and Exchange 2007.

I got incidentally errors like: error 19811 : cannot find object in
the database and sometime error 19943 data corrupted.

I rebuild Microsoft office database, checked the disk, also deleted
the account in entourage and recreated it, but the same issue still
exists.

Can you help?

Many thanks
