Test in a completely different Entourage identity. Select Entourage menu
--> Switch Identity... and set up your account again.
If that doesn't fix the problem then you may want to test under a
different user account on the same machine.
If that doesn't fix the problem then you may want to test on a
completely different Mac.
If the problem appears on a different Mac then the cause is your
Exchange account and not Entourage.
