Test in a completely different Entourage identity. Select Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... and set up your account again. If that doesn't fix the problem then you may want to test under a different user account on the same machine. If that doesn't fix the problem then you may want to test on a completely different Mac. If the problem appears on a different Mac then the cause is your Exchange account and not Entourage. Hi, I have two work email addresses. I want emails coming in from each address to automatically move to separate folders. Then I want to be able to reply to a specific email and have the correct corresponding email address respond.....for instance if I get an email addressed to XXXX@XXXXX.COM , when I reply I want the recipient to see that the reply came from XXXX@XXXXX.COM . Right now all my emails from both addresses fall in the same inbox and when I reply, no matter what email address it was sent to the recipient always receives the reply with my main address. Ex. I have 2 email addresses XXXX@XXXXX.COM XXXX@XXXXX.COM If I get an email addressed to XXXX@XXXXX.COM , when I reply the recipient receives the reply from XXXX@XXXXX.COM . I'm new to Mac. Is it possible to establish a different color (and background) for all emails in Entourage, without putting in the new color for every new email? I am starting to use Entourage more in an "Exhcange" environment and sync my server based contact list and calendar. However, when I add a new calendar event or contact with the buttons, it defaults to adding those to the default built in calendar or address book. I am looking for a new Mobile Assistant to replace my old Palm and combine the whole with a mobile phone. Having been to several shops, nobody seems to really know what is compatible with Entourage (11.3.3) and I have been balanced from one brand to the other, but they do not know either - it is really a shame! I have having issue syncing some calendar entries between Entourage 2008 Web Service Edition and Exchange 2007. I got incidentally errors like: error 19811 : cannot find object in the database and sometime error 19943 data corrupted. Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I have having issue syncing a lot of my contact entries between Entourage 2008 Web Service Edition (German version) and Exchange 2007. The software is up to date including the latest updates. <br><br>I get lot of errors like: error 19752 and error 19943 and most of my contacts are not properly synched with the server. <br><br>I already rebuild Microsoft office database and checked the disk. <br><br>As most of my 800 contacts are only in the local database up to date and not on the exchange server I definitely have to find a way to fix the local problem as setting up a new entourage identity and downloading contacts from the server is not an option. <br><br>I found some similar postings on the web describing the same problem - but no solution so far. <br><br>Can you help? <br><br>Many thanks <br><br>Stefan
