  • 1. Good Mail Goes Back to Junk
Dear All, I'm having a problem with the Entourage 08 (12.0.1) Junk Mail function; my junk mail filter is set to "High." However, several times per day in my DotMac IMAP account, the same 5-10 sets of good email gets transferred from my Inbox to the junk mail folder -- at least some of these times, it is when the scheduled send/receive function runs. (By "sets" I mean email messages from the same sender.) This doesn't happen in my POP account. Further, I have set the address or the domain of these emails to "not junk," but this doesn't keep the same sets of email repeatedly going back into the junk folder. I don't always "see" this happening, but when I notice that it has happened, I have to spend time moving them back -- and they just go back into the Inbox without presenting me with the "Junk Email Protection" dialog box where I'd be asked which of the three choices to make to prevent such mail from being classified as junk. Do I have a bad setting or is this an Entourage bug? Thanks, Jim: 2008 Mac Pro Quad, Leopard 10.5.2

Well, i think the best i can do is to export it from MS Outlook either in *.pst or *.csv formats. I dont think entourage recognize *.pst format, does it? regarding *.csv, i am not able to reach anywhere, probably i dont know the procedure how to do it :(

Categories can be an issue, but can't you export from Outlook to a
format Entourage could read? Af anything, through a simple drag and
drop,

Is there any transfer software available? I saw one but from "PC to MAC" only.
if not what is the process? I saw some recommendations on this site just for address book but nothing for emails.

5.Importing Mac Entourage contacts into Outlook 2005 on a PC

Anyone have a suggestion on how to import my contact list from Entourage on
my Mac to Outlook 2003 on a PC?

What I tried was to create a .vcf file for each contact in Entourage and
then selected import a VCARD file in Outlook.
At this point I get The specified file is not valid for this operation

Thank you
Dan
