  • 2. 70-320 Questions
Hi, I've recently passed the 70-315 and 70-316 exams and am now studying for 70-320 to complete the set. My only source of information for the previous exams was the Kalani book, which I found excellent and covered all topics (with the exception of ADO.NET) to a suitable level to pass the exam. Having read the 70-320 book, I now have some questions regarding the amount of knowledge required to pass 70-320. 1. Perhaps it's because I haven't as much experience in the technologies covered in this book as I had in the previous ones, but I feel that some topics in the book have not gone into as much detail as I would have expected. Can anyone who has used this book to study for the exam give me an idea of whether the book is detailed enough to pass without further reading? 2. In particular, are the areas on Component Services, SOAP Extensions and the Windows Installer (which was covered in more detail in the other books) detailed enough? 3. Given the fact ADO.NET is only in an appendix, rather than being covered as part of one of the chapters as it was in the other book, does this mean that this topic is not as heavily focused on in the exam compared to the others? Thanks

Why are the book in such a huge discount? Are they being discontinued?

Thanks

I think it is 700.
However, I have no idea how the system comes up the score.

The score for ALL mcp exams is 700... Your score is derived in many ways,
and therefore it is hard to actually base any calculations off of this
minimum number. Good luck!

Ahhh... yet another mystery! :) MSFT doesn't say what the Max score
(commonly believed as 1000, although many scores have been reported as
1000+), and therefore you can't actually derive a percentage. :( :) Some
questions are even weighted differently, and therefore you really don't have
any way of figuring things out.
