First, _copy_ all the content of your message store to some other folder! Did you already try<? Does this give an error? If so, at which folder? Saludos Roland -- Probleme mit OE? 1.The playlist cannot be opened because it is stored in a shared folder
2.This folder cannot be opened, error when printing public folders
Hello, On a Exchange 5.5 network, we just upgraded the office to Office 2003. No security changes have occured, and this problem didn't exist with Office XP. When attempting to print a Public folder (i.e. Office Calendar), all users regardless of rights get "This folder cannot be opened because there is a configuration problem on the server". Any ideas would be most appreciated. -Dan
3.Cannot share Excel spreadsheets stored in Public Folders
My clients are having trouble sharing Excel spreadsheets stored in Publick Folders in Outlook 2003 running on Exchange 5.5. Whoever saves the file last has all their changes saved, overwriting everyone elses. Any ideas?
4.Error: Syncronization cannot be completed because Microsoft Outlook cannot open the Task folder
Outlook 2007, WMDC 6.1, Axim x50v running WM2003 SE Error: "Synchronization cannot be completed because Microsoft Outlook cannot open the Task folder. Close Outlook. Restart Outlook. With Outlook running, disconnect mobile device and reconnet. If the problem persists, reinstall Outlook." I tried this and it doesn't work. Notes and Files sync fine, so I know the connection is working. It's the Outlook 2007 Contacts, Calendar, and Tasks that don't work. Weirdly, Outlook Notes *do* sync. Everything was working fine until I decided to tidy things up a bit. (Yeah, I know. I should have left things alone.) I cleaned up and moved my .pst files to another drive. Could be some files missing that point to the location of the .pst files? I only moved the .pst files. What I've tried. Running a repair install on Outlook. Ran Office Diagnostics, which found nothing wrong. And of course I followed the directions in the error message. Help! I need to get my syncing back.
5.Renamed Folders Revert to Previous Names, Cannot Move Folders - FOLDERS ONLY
Hello Staff and Users of Vista Forums, Recently, less than a week ago, I lost the control to rename or move my folders. As you can presume, this problem is very tedious. I have looked around the topics here on Vista Forums and have not been able to solve the problem. I have taken ownership of my folders and that hasn't changed the situation as suggested. When I do attempt to rename or move my folders, I receive no message, and the file stays where it was, how it was. This only happens with my folders, my files show no resistence to being moved or renamed as I see fit. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1 and have owned the computer for around one and a half years. Vista was pre-installed. Thank you for your attention and thanks in advance for your help. -- Mush Man
