I just bought a Blackberry 8700. It does not seem to recognize the Business Contact Manager. Is there a way I can easily copy the entries in the Business Contact Manager to the Contacts file so that I can find them on the Blackberry?

I have BCM for PPC on a Dell Axim 50v. Is it the case that the journaling feature is not useable on the pocket pc? The only thing I see is "History". But, that does not allow for journaling different activities as regular Outlook 2003 does. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Like earlier posted you said business tools was not available

Go to help > about Microsoft Outlook and check if you anything in the
disabled items and if you do try enabling it

Also how did you install BCM ? did you do it from a CD or you download the
update

Raul
Thank you for you reply. I installed BCM from a cd. However after writing I
went back and re-installed BCM then re-started my computer and BCM showed up
and all was well. Thank you for you help. It seems that you need to uninstall
BCM from the add and remove in the controll panel then re-boot and then
re-install BCM. After which I got my updates and re-installed them. Then re-
booted. After that I went to Buisnes tools and selected manage data base and
followed directions and selected were I had backed up my BCM. Everything
works great. I really appreciate all the helpfull information in the
discussion group. Many thanks Okie Tom

Now that I'm reading through several posts and having experienced this issue
myself --it must be happening to several people.
Even though you have enabled Business Contact Manger, it has disabled itself.

Go to the Outlook menu, select HELP, look for Disabled Items. Bet, you'll
find BCM listed there.
Good luck. (This was a tip I received from MicroSoft via 866-452-4755 -- a
real person!! I've been struggling with this issue for weeks. Found the
number today. Who knows - MicroSoft might be improving customer service a
little bit.)
