1.Can you create a group of predetermined tasks and assign it to Con
I'm looking for a way to create a group of tasks that I can set up and then attach to a contact. For instance, if I need to perform 8 tasks for each new sales prospect I enter into my Outlook. One task might be to phone them 7 days from a start date, and then email them 16 days after that, and then send them a letter 1 week after that. This is possible in contact managment software like ACT!, but I don't see how I can do it in Outlook. Does anybody know if this is possible or if there is an add-in that I could buy to make the task management piece more powerful?
2.Assign an action to a group of contacts
Is it possible to assign an activity to a group of contacts (e.g. a list of contacts in a specific category) by filtering or searching by the category then inputting details of one activity (e.g. a journal entry) but gets linked to each contact? Thanks Peter (Outlook 2002)
3.Creating assigned tasks, that have already been assigned.
Is it possible to create a task that is already assigned? What I mean is if you issue the .Assign method then Outlook wants to effectively send out messages to each of the assignees asking them to accept/decline the task, I don't actually want this to happen, I want Outlook to think that it has already sent those messages and the task has been accepted by X number of the recipients. Any help would be apreciated thankss
4.Creating and assigning Outlook Tasks to exteranl outlook contacts
