1.BCM 2007 - Marketing Campaign tracking/mail merge issue
Chris, Is this still a problem? If so, please describe exactly the
steps you took, including the selections you made in each of the 5
sections in the Marketing Campaign form. What did you expect to
happen, and what did actually happen?
The more detail you provide, the more accurately we can figure out
what may have gone wrong.
Thanks, Chris

2.BCM 2007 Publisher 2007 Marketing Campaign Merge Issue
I created a marketing campaign in Publisher, select start a marketing
campaign (or start the marketing campaign from BCM first - same problem
either way).
In Publisher, I add the fileds for the merge and select send e-mail.
Publisher does its thing, shows the 1st contact's name on the form, sends the
email, thn diplays the publisher form with the field info displayed - no
data. Emails go to the appropriate addresses, but the merge fields show the
filed names - not the contact names.
How do I resolve this???
thanks,
Jeff
3.Adding the Title field in a Marketing Campaign mail merge
Hi
Using BCM for Outlook 2007, I am running a Mail Merge marketing to a
filtered list of Business Contacts. I cannot find any way of adding the Title
field to the address or greeting line.
I have specified all the information required for the Marekting Campaign. I
then click Launch which starts the Word document and displays the Mail Merge
task pane and Mailings tab on the Ribbon. I then insert the Address Block
fields and choose the format 'Mr Joshua Randall Jr.' but it dispalys my
contact in the format Randall, Joshua. If I try using the Insert Merge Fields
button on the Ribbon instead, Title does not display on the menu of fields.
I have tried using the Match Fields option but the Title field is not listed
as a field to match. I have also checked that the name fields are stored in
the correct BCM fields.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Lozzaw
4.Marketing e-mail campaign with a merge
Hi,
I've been trying different mail merge options to create a marketing campaign
e-mail blast.
When I select Word e-mail merge for my delivery method - I am unable to
define a subjet for the subsequent e-mails.
Is it possible?
When I select Outlook as my delivery method I am unable to perform a merge
with the name fields working.
Is it possible?
thank you
5.Office 2007 BCM Marketing Campaign Filter not displaying names
Perhaps someone can help with this: I am trying to create a marketing
campaign in Outlook BCM 2007. I am experiencing three problems:
1. In the new campaign box, under (2) Who will see it, the options for
"already created" and "other" are greyed out.
2. New campaign box, "review and filter", simple filter all options checked,
under "advanced filter" all options are greyed out.
3. New campaign box, "review results" - this is the really big and very
weird problem - I can see that a list of results is created, the tickboxes
are ticked but no names are displayed - there is just a white space. If I
double click on any of the rows, the record is displayed correctly.
Even if I type a name in the search box on this page, the correct record is
found but the name does not display in the preview box on the "review
results" tab.
I'd be very grateful for any ideas.
