1.create a new business contact manager database
When i first started with outlook 2003 a few months ago, i set up some of my
business contacts in the bcm database. Now I want to put all of my husbands
own clients in a separate database, on my computer, then send it to his
computer.
First question: Was it wise of me to set up a separate database?
2nd question: If so, why, when i did set up a new database, can't i find my
old database of my business contacts? When i click on "business contacts" on
the side toolbar.....the database is blank. Hopefully someone will tell me,
it's there.....and i can switch back and forth.....i just need to find it.
AND not that it overrode the old one :-(
3rd question can i put new fields in the individual contact screen. there
are a few fields i don't really need, and a few others i'd like to put in. Is
that possible?
Sorry for so many questions!
Thanks for any help :-)

3.Person who created database in business contact manager
I am trying to share a database in Business Contact Manager, but I get a
dialog box telling me I must be the person who created the database. I am
the person who created the database, but it's not allowing me to share.
How can I get Business Contact Manager to acknowledge me as the person who
created the database.
4.Outlook 2003/Business Contact Manager/Getting Things Done Add-
Kyle,
From your Outlook enable your addins one by one after the BCM add in is
enabled. This worked for me.
From Outlook - Help > About > Disabled Items
I hope this helps

5.Outlook 2003/Business Contact Manager/Getting Things Done Add-in
I am looking for a solution for two business partners who want to use Outlook
as a CRM. I have the GTD add-in and when I installed the BCM, none of my
add-ins would work and Outlook wanted to disable all of them.
I restored my system to before the installation. Is it possible to have
these add-ins and BM?
Is it possible to use Outlook and achieve the same *report* results as you
would get using ACT! - a top-level report of all of the clients and their
status, activities, notes, etc?
