1.Sharing Outlook Emails within Workgroup PCs
Hi,
I have set up a workgroup with 3 PCs, of which two desktops run on Windows
XP Home and one laptop runs on Windows XP Professional. Microsoft Office
2003 has been installed on all the three machines.
My question is: How can I share emails among the PCs in these workgroup
without the usage of a server? Is additional software needed for this
purpose? If yes, what are the best ones with a balance between quality and
costs? Any other suggestions for this purpose?
Thanks in advance for your advices.
2.share calendar within workgroup
We've got 4 computers in our small law office. I was
going to try to connect them all via our DSL router to
create a workgroup so that our secretary can put/send
appointments to our calendar.
Is there a way for her to share our calendar?
Thank You
3.should i use contacts or the BCM to track initial sales leads
I'm looking to track intial (first touch) telemarketing leads. Track a
contact, notes, call backs and potential meetings. Should I track these
"leads" as a contact or as a business contact? Should i use contacts for just
friends and non business contacts? i'm looking for insight into both the use
of contacts vs business contacts as well as the best way to start tracking
sales call, notes and meetings prior to them realy becoming a business
opportunity, a sale and a client.
4.calling a project module from within another project in excel 2000
I have 2 workbooks open : workbook1 and workbook2 each with it's own project
: project1 and project2. I can't call a sub that's in project2 from within
project1.
I tought that something like [project2].[modulename].subname should do the
job but it doesn't work.
Does anyone has a solution for this ?

5.Defining "Project Task" views within a "Business Project" window
I have become fairly familiar and competent with defining views in BCM.
However, there's one view I have not be able to define AND make it stick.
Within an open Business Project window, I go to the bottom area of the
window where the Project Tasks are located. However, the Project Tasks are
not organized in a view that I want. I can right click on the Project Task
header and customize the view, but as soon as I leave the page and come back,
the view goes right back to what it was before I changed it.
Normally you can simply define a view a save it. However, in this case the
hard part is that since you must have the Business Project page open to see
this view, there is no way to access View > Current View > Define View as the
same time. In other words, you can only be on one page or the other so it's
impossible to save the view that was just made within the Business Project
page.
Any suggestions?
