can't get the SQL server MSSMLBIZ to start, even when I try to manually
start it, here is the error log:

Luther is right. I think you may need to uninstall your Outlook first. You won't lose anything by uninstalling the standard Outlook and installing the Outlook from your Outlook with BCM. That being said... I like surprises. I can add user-defined fields, but the drop-down list only allows for one choice from the list. Any way to edit that list so I can choose more than one item? I know it's technically possible, just doesn't seem to be turned on in BCM. I am on 2007. Brian
