I have permission to work in someone's contacts, but does this also allow me to set up a distribution list? For some reason, when I attempt to set up a distribution list, this person's contact list does not show up in the drop-down list to pick from. Help!

  • 3. Can Outlook 2007 with BCM be installed over existing Outlook 2
Luther is right. I think you may need to uninstall your Outlook first. You won't lose anything by uninstalling the standard Outlook and installing the Outlook from your Outlook with BCM. That being said... I like surprises. If you could install BCM without removing the original "standard" Outlook, please reply here and let me know. :) -- John Huang [MSFT] This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. • 4. Multiple Selection under user-defined fields drop-down list
I can add user-defined fields, but the drop-down list only allows for one choice from the list. Any way to edit that list so I can choose more than one item? I know it's technically possible, just doesn't seem to be turned on in BCM. I am on 2007. Brian
