I click on "File" then import and export then BCM and as soon as I do that I get a message that "microsoft office has stopped working" and it closes and restarts on its own. No wizard, just doesn't go further than that.

2.Business contact manager form unavailable when I click on contact
I am trying to open up a contact in Business Contact Manager. I get the message Business Contact Manager was unable to display this form. I can open up contacts in other folders but not when they are listed in the Business Contacts. They were there for a while because I was able to attach emails to them. but now they are not displaying. The display on the first screen but not when you double click to go into the individual file.
3.Export contacts in Business Contact Manager 2007
In Business Contact Manager 2007 if try and export contacts to a CSV file, it only exports one column of information. I've tried exporting with no filters and it creates the CSV with only one column ("Category"). Can anyone else replicate this behavior? I think it is a bug.
4.Can you export contacts from Business Contact Manager to Excel
Thank you for the suggestion. This did separate information into columns, but the result was unfortunately still unusable. The information was not broken out in a usable format. Each column had different information by row. (For instance, in one of the new spreadsheet, the last name of the person is listed, but the next row down in the same column, the last name is followed by part, but not all, of the company name.) I tried using different delimiters (tab, space, etc.) with the same type of results. Any additional thoughts? "Luther" wrote: > You can import the CSV into Excel.
