  • 1. How Can I Dial My Cell Phone Using a Number in Outlook?
    I want to have all of my contacts in Outlook that I need to call for business pursuit. When my smartphone is in the cradle I want to be able to click on a phone number in Outlook and have it dial the number on my cell phone. I do not want to have to download the phone numbers to the cell phone, just enable the USB connection of the smartphone to the computer to allow numbers to dialed. Can this be done? -- Bob Johnson

  • 3. Backing up
    When I backup business contact mgr I have been selecting Accounts in business contact mgr then backing up to a file in my documents. My question is does the other two areas contacts, and business contacts also get backed up. Is it all part of bcm. or do I have to do all three seperatly
  • 4. Add contact from email message
    Is there an easier way to add a BCM contact? Right now, when I receive an email from a new contact, I right click on the contacts name/address in the message header; then select Add Contact. After typing in the pertenant details for the contact.I save it. Then, I have to go into Outlook Contacts and drag that contact into Business Contacts. Then, I assign it to the appropriate account. There must be an easier way??

    I installed another program that uses MSDE. It would not install so I uninstalled BCM. Now, I have installed it again, I directed it to use an existing database and I recieved the following mesage: Your . oft file for message class IPM . contact . BCM . Account has a wrong version . Request version 2.00 . 3123.0 , . oft form version 1.00 . 1616.00 Help, please. I am not tech savvy. Thank you.

Cannot export Business Contacts

I actually have two problems.  I cannot export Business Contacts to Excel so 
that I can create a mailing list and I cannot get a view of the Business 
History.  My inbox shows up on each record where the business history should 
be.  I also cannot see the "ribbon" that the help pages tell me to use....I 
really need help.
