  • 1. Can one link a custom calender field to outlook calender
    I have created a new field in Business Contact Manager and want to like it to my outlook calender.

    Members are attached to central database PC and make changes at their own PC. However, others cannot see their changes. How long before the update propagates to the member PCs? I am assuming it will happen with time. Is there a way to adjust the update interval?

    I have many Account records established as prospects and now wish to do marketing campaigns to them. Each account has one or more business contacts associated with it. How can I do a mail merge and pick up one of the contacts? Picking up the primary contact would be fine?

Synchronize Contacts Between BCM Contacts and Personal Contacts

I would like to be able to synchronize contacts between the Business Contacts 
in the Outlook BCM and the Contacts in the Personal Folders within the same 
.pst file. Does anyone know how I can do this?

2.Synchronizing Outlook Contacts with BCM Contacts

I am using Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. I need to sync my
Outlook contacts with my Business Contact Manager contacts so corrections I 
make to a contact show up in both dbs.  How do I do this?

Or do I delete the entire Outlook contact db and only work off the BCM db?

3.Synchronizing BCM 2007 Contacts with Exchange Contacts

Has anyone found an automated method of copying BCM 2007 contact to Exchange 
contacts?  Considering the usefulness of Hosted Exchange Services for Small 
Business, I do not understand why Microsoft does not support this?  Would 
other people like to see BCM support Exchange?

In Outlook 2003 BCM, If I have one person who I want to have in BCM and my 
regular Contacts, is this information "Synchronized" or does the program 
treat it as two different entries.  In other words if I copy a contact into 
BCM, does Outlook create a new record which is independant, or is this a link 
to the original contact record?

5.Sync Business Contact Manager contacts with Personal Contacts

Is there a way to have the contacts in the Business Contact Manager
sync with my local contacts.  I'd like to keep work related contacts
in the BCM but personal ones in my personal.  Then have the business
contacts copied into my personal contacts PST.
