In OL BCM windows 7 I want to modify my Account form or even Business contact form. Selecting customize form and adding a group is fine. But when I try to add a field the error pops up with "BCM could not complete your last action. Please try again." Any ideas on how to avoid this and get to adding a numeric field to an existing Account template???

Hello All, We just started using BCM in Outlook 2007 (on exchange 2003). We have about 500 contacts and keep adding a few every day. The problem we are having is that after adding the new names, we scroll in the contacts view, BCM will lock up with a blank list of contacts. We have to click on accounts then back to contacts to restore the view. The hardware we are using is very modern (SBS 2003R2 hosting BCM DB is a Xeon 3050 (2.13GHz) with 4 GB of RAM). The client is a Laptop running XP with 2GB of RAM and 2 GHz core 2 CPU. Fresh install with Office 2007SBE. The laptop has offline caching enabled and is usually connected using wireless which is very reliable here. All updates installed including XP SP3 & Office updates. Thank you - 5. Hi, I installed FEDEX Printing. Now, I can not reestablish the integration of Outlook and Outlook. I have uninstalled FEDEX Printing and Office Accountin Express and reinstalled the Office Accounting Express 2008 (while FEDEX is no longer installed) with no fix to the problem. Symptoms: 1) No Billable Button 2) No Link Button 3) No Reporting Button 4) Business Contacts are gone (although the DB is there) it does appear on the task bar. Any Ideas on What to do next?

We're using Outlook 2007 with BCM (XP pro). Customizing a form was working just fine when Outlook crashed. Upon rebooting BCM was gone. I've since reloaded BCM and got it going but the "Add Field" does not work. "Add Group" works fine. Does anyone know what got corrupted here? Thx
