Everytime I click "This is Spam" in my Norton Anti Spam toolbar on Outlook 2002, I get a box that says "A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored, do you want to allow this for x minutes" I've seen references to this error elsewhere on the internet, but no potential solutions. Any ideas? Is Norton Anti Spam 2004 incompatible with Outlook 2002? Thanks!
  • 2. Cache shortage?
Hello, I have recently upgraded from MS Outlook Express to MS Office 2003 on WinXP. Since before the upgrade I have had a VPN that allows me to access the server at work from my home. However, since upgrading to Office 2003 while I remain able to access my Outlook inbox from home I have a strange quirk. If I access the email from the home box I am unable to even see the emails from the work box the next day. I've tried checking and unchecking "Cache" and it does nothing. I'm grateful for any suggestions.

What if anything can I do regarding a lost CD key. I have activated the
product but have had to reinstall due to a virus. Sadly I have found that
the CD key has gone missing. Is their anything that I can do?

Thanks in advance.

If you still have the proof of purchase you can contact Microsoft to find
out if you can get a replacement key.
