DL, should I move these files back to my primary 'C:' drive? The person who has a problem opening them. Her old pc (OS 2000) was set back, she received a new pc w/ XP, her .pst files were then copied to her U: drive on the server, now she can't open them because they are asking for a password. If I moved them back to her C: drive can she access them? I'll give this a shot. Thanks for the response. I have a few computers on my network that the option to use Microsoft office Word 2003 as e-mail editor is unavailable. I need this option available so the company logo can be on the signature. the computers were running an earlier vertion of office I upgraded the outlook to 2003 to work with the SBS 2003 we installed and exchange. I also upgraded Word to 2003 thinking this might fix it. but the option is still greyed out. any suggestions? I'm thinking I need to install office 2003 instead of just word 2003. - 5. I have had a number of users observe that when they use the Find feature in Outlook, it pulls older inbox items first, and newer inbox items later. They have questioned me as to wether this behavior can be modified. I have not found any authoritative answers to this question. My guess is that Outlook queries some index first, so indexed items show up before any newer, non-indexed items... Any documentation on this? Thanks...

It seems that ever since I updated my OL from Outlook 11.8010.6568 (SP2) vs 11.8206.8172 (SP3) I cannot run a Template .OFT file by just clicking on it, now I need to run it from the "Choose Form" Menu Is there any work around ? Thanks..
