  • 1. Changing Recevied Email Sender Display Name
Okay, Currently I have a received email which has " XXXX@XXXXX.COM " under the "From:". I added the " XXXX@XXXXX.COM " email to my contact with the display name as "Apple". Subsequent received mails from XXXX@XXXXX.COM is displayed as "Apple" under the "From:". Does anyone know why older mails "From:" displayed name is not mapped to the Contact folder's display name? I would like to change the old emails which shows XXXX@XXXXX.COM to "Apple". Sincerely Idiot.

Is there a way to make all email addresses in the contact list safe from the junk filter? Is there a way to make all email addresses in the Sent Mail folder safe from the Junk filter? Is there a way to maintain those lists automatically? Thanks. (Outlook 2003 under Windows XP Pro)
  • 4. Datasuiit can't open Outlook
Hi I am attempting to sync my phone (Nokia 3650) with Outlook. It either fails, or Outlook tells me a program is attempting to open Outlook, and how long do I want to allow access. If I say 10 minutes, my Datasync software can open and read my Outlook contacts, but then can't access them to do the sync. I guess this is a security feature. Is there are way I can either disable it, or selectively disable it? Thanks Bob
  • 5. difficulty synchronizing outlook with pocket pc
I am trying to synchronize a new pocket pc with outlook. When I open the synchronization window, an error message comes up: YOur microsoft exchange server is unavailable". I have not knowingly set up a connection with an exchange server and do not want to at this time. I only want to synchronize datebook and addressbook. I have not been able to get past this issue. Any help?
