When I receive HTML mail I have to convert it to plain text before I can answer it. If I leave it as HTML and answer it, an error says "A program is trying to access my address book." and I have to answer "Yes" many times or "No" many times before I can respond. This is supposted to be a feature and desired but it is really bugging me to have to convert all my mail from others. Is there a way to set this option off????

Outlook 2003 Auto Forward Rules do not forward Attachment Correctly

Postby Tom Ewald » Sat, 10 Mar 2007 02:04:17 GMT

I am having trouble with Outlook 2003. I have rule that is setup on
a
general mailbox that auto-forwards anything coming in to a
distribution group. When a messages is forwarded to this mailbox the
attachments on the message are just a blank new email form (64kb) and
not the original attachment. If the rule is turned off then the
attachment is viewable. If anyone has any insight, pleae let me know.

1.Auto forward rule forwards messages multiple times

I have a auto forward rule setup on outlook that forwards emails from a
specifc person to 4 of my colleagues. For some reason it sends multiple
copies of the emails to the users and they receive the same amoun that has
been sent. For example 6 copies were sent and 6 copies were recieved by each
of my colleagues. I have recreated this rule from scratch but i still have
the same issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Steve

2.Outlook 2003 - forwarding rule fails to forward all messages

Hi,

I have an Outlook 2003 rule that is set to forward messages to another
account and move them to a specific folder. All the messages are moved
correctly, but many of them aren't forwarded. The ones that are forwarded
show up in sent items, so I can clearly see that the rule is not even
attempting to send them (i.e. the message wasn't sent but lost in transit
due to server/connection issues).

Is this a known issue? Is there any way to fix it?

Cheers,

Chris.

4.Outlook 2007 auto-forward rule does not work!

Hello.

I have an auto-forward rule in outlook 2007 for a specific message sent from
our app server to forward to a trading partner recipient. However, the
message is not forwarded. The recipient does not receive the message! If I
forward the message from my outlook 2007, he gets it!

What am I missing.

Thanks in advance.

5.Forwarding rule not forwarding all e-mail

I have a very simple rule set up in Outlook 2000 that is supposed to forward
all mail to two internal e-mail accounts.

This works with no problem for new messages and replies to sent messages,
but does not work with return confirmations or notifications of non-delivery.

These messages land on the host machine just fine, but are not forwarded.

Any ideas?

thanks... R4
