Can you place text in a calendar box? If so, how? I just want to type in a note directly onto a calendar box without doing some mumbo jumbo appointment thingie. Thanks in advance, John

I have one user who cannot see all of the people who are attending a meeting. Is this a simple setting that needs to be activated or a bigger issue.

I have created a form and use as the default for appointments to capture specific info about the appointment for a function room in a club. This is the default form for appointments as the details are on a second tab. How can I export this information as the default export function only looks at fields on the standard form?
  • 4. outlook 2003 monthly view
Hi, I use outlook 2003 on WinXP. To schedule my time I use 2 outlook calendars: - one calendar for my daily appointements - one calendar (which is separate from the first one) to have an overview of my time over several months. My question regards this second calendar only. In this overview calendar I only have a maximum of 2 items per day. I watch it using the monthly view. Outlook displays 5 weeks. But I need to display not 5 weeks but 10 weeks or more (and that Outlook continues to display my 0 or 1 or max 2 items per day). Please help me to find a tool or an add-in to have this feature working. Or give me a detailed decription on how to do it with Outlook (maybe the option already exists and I did not find it). Thanks. Meeting revisions not appearing correctly

I am responsible for setting up meetings for our team, we don't have Exchange
just do everything via email. Also, our team uses Blackberrys for on the
road so I need to make sure the computer calendar matches up with the
Blackberry calendar.

It has come to my attention that when I change a meeting to a different day,
the original meeting doesn't go away. It changes on my own calendar so I'm
not sure what the recipients are doing or not doing.

Also, when I cancel meetings, do the recipients need to open the email and
accept the cancellation and have it remove from the calendar for it to
completely go away?

1.can't get drawing scale to meet my paper size correctly

Ok, I am stumped.

I am trying to get an existing kitchen layout put into Visio 2003 pro, using
the exact measurements, and put it on a 11x17 paper. The room is roughly 25ft
by 22 ft. When I use the default 'drawing scale' settings, it is a tiny
little box on my big piece of paper. How do I set the drawing scale to to the
following:
-fit this measured room to the full size of the paper
-have the grid lines be one inch each

Every setting I try in the scale makes it way too big, or far too tiny. I
gcan't get the grid lines to be one inch per line either. ... help!

2.Meeting appears in OWA, but does not appear on full Outlook Client

I have a user who attends a recurring meeting. When you open her mailbox via Outlook Web Access - with internet explorer 6 sp1 the meeting appears. When you open her mailbox with Outlook 2002 the meeting does not appear. I also opened the calendar with Outlook 97 and the meeting does not appear in that view either. Help...

Any fixes, etc available?

5.Time of appointment/meeting does not appear in meeting response

I have been asked by several people who frequently schedule large meetings
why the time of the meeting does not appear in the Accepted message. The
Location and Subject appears, but there is nothing in the "When:" area. This
becomes problematic when a person schedules multiple meetings with multiple
subjects with the same person.

Thanks for any help you can give me in this matter.
