  • 5. How do I stop Outlook from deleting all my past Calendar entries
Outlook 2003 is automatically deleting all of my calendar entries that are older that 2 months old. I would like to keep my appointments for as far back as a year, but can't seem to find where in the program there is an option to change or turn off auto-archiving or auto-delete specific to Outlook "Calendar". If some knows where I can do so, I would surely appreciate your help. Thanks Rick M, Boca Raton, FL

Version of Outlook? did you install an addin to get the calendar view
toolbar? (ie, this one:
 http://www.**--****.com/ )
If so, uninstall it or disable the addin (tools, options, other tab,
advanced options - com addins)
