  • 2. How to route different email accounts to separate folders???
Hi I have several websites each of which has several separate email accounts. Using my Domain Host internet mail, I have easily assigned each email account ( XXXX@XXXXX.COM ) to it's own separate mailbox (mailboxxx) so that when email is recieved it's automatically routed to the correct mailbox. So my question is, can I do this with Outlook? and if so, how please? I had stupidly assumed I could create different .pst files and assign each email message, based on addressee, to the appropriate file, until I realised how thse .pst files are used. I managed to figure out how to delete them, but am now left with my original problem!!! Thanks to all the experts out there for helping Montreal :-)
  • 3. Address Book - Microsoft Web Access
Hello, I had a question about the address book in MS Web Access. We are using Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access. What I want to know is: Is there a link to the ADDRESS BOOK, that I can use on my website? I want to create a link so that users can click it, and search for e-mail addresses in the Exchange Server .... Anyone know if and how this can be done? I don't want users to log in to there mail, because we are dealing with 3000 users, and some of them just don't understand it when I tell them to click on the addy book in the web access. This will make my life alot easier if I can do this... I think it was possible in Exchange 5.0 or 5.5, but cannot figure it out for this one... Please help. Thanks Steve

Problem grouping Outlook emails with Outlook and not Word in the taskbar grouping Options

Postby sjurbanowski » Mon, 03 Mar 2008 02:00:28 GMT

I am using Office Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Professional. Until this
morning, all my open Outlook windows, such as New messages, drafts,
replies, forwards, used to be grouped with the Outlook icon in my
taskbar (set to Microsoft Word as my default email editor, if I
uncheck that option it then groups with Outlook). All of a suddent
they are being grouped with Microsoft Word in the taskbar. I would
like to change it back so they get grouped with Outlook and kept
separate from non-email Word documents. I've looked
at options in Word and Outlook, but have not been able to figure out
how to do this. Everything else (Excel, IE, etc.) gets grouped as
before. It is only the email edit windows that have changed. I tried
resetting my taskbar to the default settings but that didn't do
anything. I checked my System Restore and it looks like (pretty much
right around the time this happened) that 3 Windows security patches
were installed: Windows XP KB944533, KB943055, and KB946026. Help!
Any ideas as to how to fix this problem?? I've search all over the
internet and cannot find any resolution to this.

Do you have the latest Outlook 2003 patches?

This was an issue off and on with outlook 2003, but I thought it was fixed.

I haven't specifically installed any Outlook 2003 patches; do you know
which one I would need? My Outlook info right now says: Microsoft
Office Outlook 2003 (11.8118.8132) SP2. I don't see any Outlook
patches in my Add/Remove programs. I just don't understand why it
worked fine and stopped working for no reason.

go to microsoft update and see what's available. You're at least 1 service
patch behind.

Your problem has to do with Outlook and it's settings and NOTHING to
do with XP. You need to ask in a group with OUTLOOK in the title.

Ask elsewhere
