    I have made duplicates of my contacts so I can apply rules to address books (move mail to appropriate folders) This appears to work fine for about 90% of my senders but a few still don't move. The email addresses don't change but the from sometimes contains the name with capitals, sometimes without real names like XXXX@XXXXX.COM or XXXX@XXXXX.COM . Also, if there are multiple email addresses for him and/or his wife (like XXXX@XXXXX.COM ) it doesn't work with email2 or email3. Any suggestions? TIA

    I am sharing my OLook contacts forlder with my collegues successfully in OL2000Std. But whenever to tried to upgrade to OL 2003, I was unable to share the contacts folder. The reason is above Add-in is not available. I tried by coping FLDPUB.ECF addin of OL2000 to OL2003, but it didn't worked. Kindly tell me the solution. Thanks,

auto-populating the company name field when creating a new contact

I've been manually creating several new contacts all from the same company 
and it's a bit tedious. Is there a way to use/create a drop down menu box to 
help populate some of the various fields such as the Company name field or 
others?

I've been copying/pasting the company name from a newly made contact to the 
nxt new one I'm making.

2.Auto populate in "To" field when creating new message not working

Hi All,

One of the users at my orangization has some issues with Outlook 2003. When
the user starts to type an email address or contact in the To: field,
outlook usually fills in the rest since the user has sent messages to this
contact before. Now all of a sudden, Outlook is no longer doing this.

All of our users are joined to SBS 2003 domain running exchange 2003 SP2.
None of the other users have this problem. Any help or advise will be much
appreciated.

4.Populate Company field from Contact field in custom task form

Using Outlook 2002 or 2003, creating a custom Outlook form based on the
Outlook default Task form.  On page 2, I want to select a contact from
the Contacts folder.  Then, I want a second field COMPANY to
automatically populate with the chosen contact's company name.  I've
been through the Help file, online searches, and an Outlook book and I
think it's too simple to even be an example. But no matter how I set up
the Value and Validation properties of the Company text box, I cannot
get it to do the lookup and auto-populate.  I have unsuccessfully tried
placing the Contacts and Company control and fields on a frame, and
also tried to calculate the value using a formula. Any idea what I am
doing wrong?

Controls and fields were dragged and dropped from Field Chooser,
Frequently-used fields.  Properties of these fields:

CommandButton1:
  (Choose Field):  Contacts
  (Type):  Recipient

_RecipientControl1
  (Choose Field):  Contacts
  (Type):  Recipient

TextBox13
  (Choose Field):  Company
  (Type):  Keywords
  (Property to use):  Value
