  • 5. forwarding/updating contacts
As I update contact info, I would like to send the update to my boss so that we can have the exact information in our contacts lists. This includes category and journal entries. However, when I forward this info to him, it doesn't send all of the info. It just sends the basic info from the top of the general tab.

Outlook Contacts:Copy Info from One Contact to Three Contacts

How can I copy a contact card? IE: I have two people with the SAME
information except for their names. How can I create ONE contact for John
Smith, copy it, and simply change the Contact Name to Ken Smith and save it
thus creating TWO Contact Cards? I just don't see any sense in typing out
the SAME information twice in two different contact cards when all I want to
do is simply change the NAME field.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Thanks,

Havok
