Outlook Contacts:Copy Info from One Contact to Three Contacts
by SGF2b2swOTk » Thu, 19 Oct 2006 12:18:01 GMT
How can I copy a contact card? IE: I have two people with the SAME
information except for their names. How can I create ONE contact for John
Smith, copy it, and simply change the Contact Name to Ken Smith and save it
thus creating TWO Contact Cards? I just don't see any sense in typing out
the SAME information twice in two different contact cards when all I want to
do is simply change the NAME field.
Does anyone know of a way to do this?
Thanks,
Havok
