I am using a customized form for my contact info, and when I sync, it doesn't transfer the customized info to the phone. Any ideas? (I am using Outlook 2000 and syncing with a treo phone. )

i am using outlook 200 but this worked for me in Outlook Express which is much older. Sync issues are not Outlook issues. They are the sole responsibility whoever supports your sync software. Ask them. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]
