How to sync my vendors from simply accounting 2009

I want to sync my vendor list in Simply Accounting 2009 with my contact in 
Outlook 2007.  I know there is a way to do it, but can't seem to get it to 
work.

From the Sage (Simply Accounting 2009) knowledge base  (if that doesn't 
answer your question - the follow-up should be directed to Sage if the info 
is also not contained in the SA Help files).

Hi - I have been trialling and deploying MSOA Pro (UK version) 2007 and 
2008. Great accounting package - love it. Now I'm trying to trial the 2009 
version.

I'm a Technet Plus member and I go to the "Downloads" page, and download the 
correct version.
When I install, the program installs MSOA Express, a cut down version.

Technet Help advised me to uninstall all versions of MSOA, reboot, download 
the program again and all would be well. Or not, as it turns out.

No matter what I do, I get Express. But, if I download the 2008 version 
again, no problem, I gert the Pro version (of 2008).

How can I get the 2009 version? Help needed!

Just as a matter of interest, on the download page in Technet, the 2008 Pro 
version is 600MB and 2008 Express version, 182MB. But, on the same page, the 
2009 Pro version is 182MB. Something amiss there!

I purchased an item from my vendor and returned the item to my vendor.  The 
form of payment was my debit card.

I recieved this item into my inventory and then created a credit memo to my 
vendor.  My vendor credited my debit card.  How do I post this payment 
showing credit from my vendor and how do I remove this item from inventory.

5.MS Accounting 2009 file transfer

I am trying to transfer a company file from my notebook running XP to my new 
company desktop running Vista. The message I get is the I cannot open the 
file as 'it was created on another machine'. I have tried backing it up, 
unattaching it, etc, and nothing appears to work.

Does anybody know how to move a company file from one machine to another?
