At our church we have several users on a local network that would like to access a common address book. We do not have Exchange Server and are using various versions of Windows (98 and XP Pro) and Outlook (2000 and 2002). Is there a way to do this? Something like Net Folders sounds right, but I understand it is not available in Outlook 2002. Thanks!

[Repeat posting as the previous MVP did not provide any information in troubleshooting this problem] We have a user who is attempting to save contacts. When he attempts to do so (either adding a new contact or saving revised information on one that is already present) he is getting an error saying that the name could not be added to the personal address book. The user only has the Exchange Service, Outlook Address Book (where the contacts are saved) and personal storage folders. This is under Outlook 2000 on a Win2k Professional system. What little information that is available for this error on the Microsoft TechNet and support site points towards OL97, but not for OL2000. This problem is very annoying for the user, and we are looking for either a cause for this error or a way to fix the problem with either the contacts list in the Outlook Address Book or Outlook itself. -Raymond Lang End User Support The Boeing Company Ft. Hi, I have a long list of emails in Word 2002, note they are all lined up vertically, that i would like to import into Outlook 2002. I have also gone through the trouble of puting the email addresses in a paragraph seperated by a comma. Can this be done? And, if so, how would I go about doing it? I have tried saving the DOC file as a TXT file and importing that way. Thank you

Editing a distribution list, I notice for the first time a box at the bottom right labeled "Private. What does the Private box do if checked? I know it does not keep the email addresses in the list private if I send an email to a distribution list. All recipients still see all the email addresses of everyone on the list, and Reply to All sends an email to everyone on the list... so what DOES it do? Thanx, al

Printing Contact List-Title for Address does not print in Outlook

In Outlook 2007, when printing Contact List, the title for the addresses does
not print. It printed in Outlook 2003 and the titles for phone numbers,
company names, etc all print in 2007. The title not printing makes it hard
to distinquish between the Business, Home and Other address when Contact list
is printed out.

There are countless ways you can print your Contacts. We have no idea which
you are using so we cannot help you. If you need a customized printout, use
a mail merge. Other solution are listed here:

Hi All,

I have some sort of a problem with titles printing consistantly on lables. I
have contacts that have titles of Mr. & Mrs. Sometimes the titles print and
sometimes they don't. I have looked at the Full Name view and the titles and
names are all in their proper places. Yet when the selected contact records
show up in Word (via ProWrite) a few have the titles missing. And it always
seem to be the same contact records. I even deleted and readded on of the
records and I still do not get titles to print. Any ideas?

I am trying to print a list of messages, contacts, or tasks I follow the
following procedures:
Open the folder that contains the view
On the File menu, when the drop down window appears the Print and print
