Hello, We have an office of 20+ users on Outlook XP without Exhange. I'm in charge of forwarding new contacts (v-cards) to other users via email. Previously, users were able to open the attached v-card, click save and close, and the contact would be in their contacts folder. Now that option doesn't work. Users have to manually click-hold-drag the v-card to their contacts folder. Does anyone know why this maybe happening and how we can fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
3. How do I restore send/receive to outlook?
I pressed F9 and could receive my mail and it was helpful, but my mail optiona are gon unless I open each document (which I don;t do as a habbit) and right click on it in my in box to delete, reply or whatever. How do I get the original mail screen back?

I recently purchased Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Business Contacts Manager 
and love it! However, I'm unable to sync the Business Contacts with my 
Blackberry. Is there a way to do this?

You could copy them to your default Contacts folder.

I just acquired a Blackberry 7100T.  When I went to 
install the desktop manager and it kept crashing I called 
RIM.  They informed me that Blackberry Desktop Manager 
will not fuction with Outlook 2003 unless I uninstall 
BCM.  I used to be able to use their 7230 model with BCM, 
and they told me it was just a fluke.  Please tell me 
that Microsoft is working with RIM to incorporate BCM to 
play nicely with Outlook BCM

Its a lot of workt to stay update, when only copying contacts manually.
