is it possible to send flag mails to another user automatically in outlook 2003. - 2. how to delete public folders
The users who originally set up the folders, ie. calendars and addressbooks are no longer on the system, how do we delete the folders from the public area? - 3. Outlook 2007 not closing on first try
I've had this problem show up on several of our computers running Office 2007 on XP SP2. When you either click the x to close or use File - Exit on the menu, it looks like Outlook is going to close, it empties the deleted items, but then doesn't close. You have to then click x again or do file - exit again to close it. Very annoying when it does it several times a day. I recently took part in the Office 2007 beta and used Outlook 2007. After the beta closed I have reverted to my old Outlook 2002 SP3 but in so doing appear to have 'lost' all of the emails sent & received during the time I used 2007 beta. Is there any way to recover these emails, preferably without upgrading? Many thx. - 5. Backup Outlook calendar/ tasks files to save on external drive?
Can you tell me how to do this?

Hi, All of the packaged in my MS Office Teacher's Edition 2003 are locked. Unable to access option files or unlock using the view method. Have restored the system files to install state and no go. Someone Please help! Thanks.
