Never import from a PST. There's no need. However, you mention the NK2 file. That file doesn't cvontain any e-mail (only resolved addresses), so that's your real goal? -- Brian Tillman

Yesterday I stopped being able to receive my hotmail in outlook 2007. I kept getting messages that the .pst file was too large. I followed the help directions for increasing storage capacity. First I created a new data file with no problem. However, when I went to import items to the new data file, I was able to follow the first 5 steps, but then was told that the old file was in use so I couldn't access it. If I close down outlook, how can I then get to the file menu to do the import? I am running XP SP2.
