1.Share personal distribution list within your organization
I have a personal distribution list that I want to share with a coworker.
How can I export the list and send to the coworker so that they can upload
the distribution list. I am able to save the dist. list as a .msg and email
to them and they can open, but how to do they save the list to their personal
distribution list?
2.cannot send email to certain accounts within my organization
outlook 2003 - I cannot send email to a couple of accounts within my
organization. Others outside cannot send either, but majority of users can
send emails to the accounts. If I reply to an email sent from the account,
the message goes through. The error I receive is "The e-mail account does
not exist at the organization this message was sent to. <#5.1.1>
3.Outlook 2003 Out of Office replies - limit to in-organization only
I use Outlook 2003's out of office assistant frequently and it works great.
Now, however, my work schedule has changed and I would like to create a reply
to only be sent to senders from our domain so I can activate it on my day off
to remind my users that I'm out until they get used to my new schedule. Is
there a way to do this in Outlook 2003? It appears that the feature is
either On or Off and I could not figure out how to do it with rules. Our
Exchange server is set up to allow the Out of Office reply to be sent to all
senders including internet mail and we would like to keep it that way. Does
someone know how to do this or whether it is possible?

4.Outlook 2003 Out of Office replies - limit to in-organization
The "Rules" option within the Out of Office Assistant seems to be more
limited than the Rules and Alerts for the whole mailbox and I don't see your
suggestion as an option.
Rules options are:
FROM: (which I would have to choose all the users in the GAL)
TO:
SUBJECT:
MESSAGE BODY:
and you must select an action:
Alert with...
Delete...
Move to...
Copy to...
Forward...
Reply with template...
or Custom... (but no instruction in given on how to use this option)
If this is possible with the rules option and the Out of Office Assistant,
I'd really like to use it, but I need guidance. Thanks for replying.

5.Outlook 2007 Instant Search Limited Results
Hi,
I am trying to use Outlook 2007's Instant Search capability to search
several large pst files, totaling about 1 million messages. No matter what I
search for, Outlook returns only 200 results per PST. Is there some setting
I can tweak to force it to return all results? FYI, when searching from the
Windows Search Deskbar, the exact same query returns over 1200 results. I am
using Office 2007 SP1 and WDS 3.01 on Windows Server 2003 SP2.
Thanks,
Don
