  • 1. Outlook rules and Junk Mail again
    1. - You should add a rule to Outlook that moves (or deletes) the messages send by someone in the Junk Senders list to selected folder! I know that you can use Junk Senders rule but that rule seems to be a bit stupid because if it feels that some message is junk it moves it to deleted items folder even if the message is from someone in you Personal Address Book! 2. - Also why can't you select more than one message and add all senders to Junk Senders list instead of adding them separately?
  • 2. multiple copies of message dwnloaded from server
    I have my outlook setup on two separate machines to download mail from my pop3 mail server, but leave the mail on the server too. However, on one I have issues with the server address being changed to localhost and on the other it is downloading multiple copies of the same message manytimes over. thanks
  • 3. the tools/options window does not fully open
    I am trying to change my signature. When I click on tools, options the window does not fully open. I is cut off both horizontally and vertically. My monitor is set at 1024 x 768.
  • 4. deleting permanently delted items from exchange/exchange
    i want to know when i go to https"//exhchange/exchange all my deleted items still show up there how can i get rid of them and can anyone else see them if they are not on my computer

I've inserted two images (company logos) into my email signature - but when 
someone receives my message, they always show as an attachment, why?  I don't 
want it to do that.  Thanks.
