Maybe your ISP/Mail provider has a size limit on attachments? :I can send and recieve outlook e-mail messages fine via microsoft hotmail : account. I can also send recieve normal office file attachments. However, : when I send a 4 mb scan.jpg file attachment (a scan of a fax doc) the file : shows up in sent file but is not recieved by the intended reciepient nor do I : recieve my copy of the file; it jsut disappears. Help. : : I tried attaching the same file directly in hotmail and the file was sent : correctly to the reciepant. : : I am running Outlook 2002 setup to send / recieve from hotmail account.

I need a rule that takes sent items out of the sent folder and places them into inbox. Can this be done? -- Boris - 2. Outlook 2003 Sort by "From" Column Problem
What happens is that when highlighting a sender's name (e.g. Smith) in the Inbox and then clicking on "From" to sort on name, sometimes the sorted list shows highlighting the very first name in the Inbox e.g. Abbott not the name that was selected i.e. Smith, other times it's done correctly i.e. still highlighting Smith. Has anyone come across this inconsistency and better still have a solution. - 3. Small Printing in Outlook

When responding to an existing appointment or replying the message remains in the QUE indefinately. We are using Outlook 2007 SP1 and Exchange 2003 SP2. There is no rhym or reason to this behavior, when going into the exchagne QUEUES and reviewing the message the error is unable to open the message for delivery. If I restart the SMTP service it still doesnt go through. If I send a clean new message to the person it goes through. If I respond to a previous normal message the message goes through. If after restarting SMTP I send another Calendar event and then cancel it, it goes through fine... So it is something with SMTP or Outlook 2007. Thanks James

Thanks for the reply.....I composed the same e-mail with attachment in hotmail via a web page vs outlook and it went through fine, so that should eliminate the ISP issues? No?
