Periodically "Calendar" appears in my OUtlok 2003 Favorites folder. I didn't put it there but I can't get it to go away. Any ideas why it happens and how to get rid of it. I have "Calendar" in my list of the parts of Outlook (Mail, Contacts, Calendar) but I don't need--I don't want--it in the Favorites Folder list. Thanks for your help. Dick
  • 2. O'look2000SP3 E-mail window extends below screen edge-can't resize
When I use the resize arrows on the top bar, the e-mail window collapses down as soon as I click on it. I can't get the window to resize and therefore can't get at the stuff at the bottom of the page. This happened right after I had booted up the machine. W-XP SP3
  • 3. Updating Outlook Emails to Match My Juno ISP Info
I'm new to Outlook and not too savvy re: computers, but here goes: I use Juno as my ISP, which has it's on email facility, which I've been using for many years. I have many folders in my Juno emailing set-up. Recently, I asked my tech person to set up Outlook so that I can use it concurrently with my Juno emailing. It seemed to work fine when it was set up. My main question is this: I notice that the emails I delete in Juno also get deleted in Outlook. But, when I currently send an email in Juno it does not show in my Outlook. Also, when I send an email to myself in Outlook, I don't receive it in Juno. Yet, other emails I've sent in Outlook were received by the people I sent them too. What do I need to do to get these two seperate web servers to sych up (if that's the proper term)? -- AS

Delete; Quick Parts-> right click, Organize and Delete
Edit; Quick Parts-> select Quick Part to insert-> Modify it-> then add it to
the Quick Parts Gallery again

Organize and Delete is greyed out.

1.SOLVED : quick parts edit / delete greyed out

The Quick Parts gallery can be edited only if the current composition window
is set to rich text or html. If you compose your messages in plain text you
are able to insert blocks from quick parts but you cannot edit or delete
them.

4.Delete Quick Part/Autotext

hello!
i created autotext/quick part in Outlook 2007; however, the user doesn't
want this particular quick part and created new language with a new title.
so, we made a new quick part with new autotext and a new label.
my problem: i cannot find a way to delete the previously created
autotext. i find it relatively simple to do this in Word2007. but not in
Outlook.
i'm sure i'm just looking right past something blaring obvious.
thanks for your time and help :)

Thanks in advance
