1.deleting duplicate messages, deleting attachments and sent mail folder
Hello,
I have three questions and will be very thankful for any
help:
1. How to set different columns to be displayed for sent
items and inbox folder? Say, I need From and Date columns
for Inbox, but I want To and Date columns for Sent Items.
No more, no less, ie. I don't need all three columns
visible in both folders. Is that possible?
2. How to delete duplicate (already present, not incoming
or being imported from files/previous visions) messages in
inbox?
3. How to delete attachment from incoming mail, without
deleting the message itself?
Thank you,
Alisa
2.Duplicate E-mail Messages/Duplicate Calendar Entries
PC running Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager
using Windows XP and networked.
Recipients receive two of the same e-mails, even through
only one sent. Happens both internally and externally,
and only sporatically. Seems to happen when e-mail is
addressed to multiple recipients. Calendar items also
appear to double, and in some cases triple, when synching
Oulook and Palm Pilot calendars.

4.Outlook 2003 locks up sending large attachments and duplicates
The email with a large (1.5mb) attachment stays in the
Outbox, it is not transferred in the Sent Items folder.
I try to delete it or transfer it back to the Draft
folder but can not. From time to time I get a message
from Trend Micro: Scanning outgoing email. The email
is sent several times until I can finally delete it.
5.Outlook 2007 sending duplicate attachments
Hi everyone.
As the subject line indicates, Outlook 2007 is sending with duplicate
attachments even though the user only attaches it/them once. I watched her
do it and sure enough it is happening. Whether it is a single or multiple
attachments, they are duplicated as soon as the user sends the message.
Outlook 2007 SP2
MDaemon Outlook Connector
Windows XP SP3
I don't think it has anything to do with MDaemon (I might be wrong) as the
duplication is immediate.
Sorry I can't be more helpful, don't know what else to add.
Any ideas anyone?
