I'm using outlook 2003 and the mail server is non-microsoft server. IMAP connection is used to send/retrieve mails. Here's my problem: For example, I send a mail to "user A" & "User B" and Cc to "User C" & "User D" with a single attachment. But, the recipients found that duplicate mails with duplicate attachments are received. Checked in my "sent items", the mail was normal. Those recipients are also using IMAP connection and using outlook 2003. Please help.

We have recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 & I can find no way of getting the notification envelope to appear for messages that are redirected to other folders using rules. Hi there I am trying to open an attachment in Outlook and I get the following error message: "Can't create file: <file name>. Right click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder" Im an adminsitrator to the pc so its not a permissions thing. I've tried saving it to a location and opening from there but same error occurs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks - 5. Sharing a calendar?
We have outlook 2002 with no exchange server in a small office of 5. How can we share a calendar from one of the workstations? We don't want to do it over the internet. Thanks.

These issues are often caused by having a virus scanner integrated with Outlook. Disable/uninstall this integration and try again. 2.Duplicate E-mail Messages/Duplicate Calendar Entries
PC running Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager using Windows XP and networked. Recipients receive two of the same e-mails, even through only one sent. Happens both internally and externally, and only sporatically. Seems to happen when e-mail is addressed to multiple recipients. Calendar items also appear to double, and in some cases triple, when synching Oulook and Palm Pilot calendars.

4.Outlook 2003 locks up sending large attachments and duplicates
The email with a large (1.5mb) attachment stays in the Outbox, it is not transferred in the Sent Items folder. I try to delete it or transfer it back to the Draft folder but can not. From time to time I get a message from Trend Micro: Scanning outgoing email. The email is sent several times until I can finally delete it.

Hi everyone. As the subject line indicates, Outlook 2007 is sending with duplicate attachments even though the user only attaches it/them once. I watched her do it and sure enough it is happening. Whether it is a single or multiple attachments, they are duplicated as soon as the user sends the message. Outlook 2007 SP2 MDaemon Outlook Connector Windows XP SP3 I don't think it has anything to do with MDaemon (I might be wrong) as the duplication is immediate.
