1. Not seeing all files when trying to insert an attachment
When doing an Insert | File in a new email message in outlook 2000, not all the files that are in My Documents are showing up. When going directly to My Documents all the files are there. Any ideas on what is going on there? Thank you.

3. How can I synchronise one Outlook account on two computers
I have an Outlook account (with it's own profile) that is used for work. Most of the time I use my desktop computer to send and receive messages. However, I also have a work laptop that I sometimes use when away from the office and it would be helpful to be able to synchronise it with the Outlook account on the desktop. I am aware that it is possible to download emails on one computer and not delete them from the server so they are available to another computer but this would not allow me to see and reply to messages already downloaded or view sent messages. I suppose I could exchange files manually, but it would be nice if on connecting the laptop to the network the two computers simply synchronised all Outlook files. It is possible to synchronise Pocket PC/Palm handhelds - surely it must be possible to synchronise computers?! Is the Briefcase a possible solution........?

microsoft outlook  XXXX@XXXXX.COM  this is the email address that the 
company sec can not send mail to..but receives it from this address can you 
give any advice on this

Any non delivery receipt and error number/message? 
Type of email account (Exchange, POP3)?

I receive the following 2 messages:
Task 'mail.comcast.net' - Sending ' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'unable to 
send the message. Please verfiy the e-mail address in your account 
properties.  The server responded: 550 24.92.149.177 blocked by 
ldap:ou=rbl,dc=comcast,dc=net - > 550 Message sending error.

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's 
e-mail address. (Then it lists my e-mail address, the subject of the e-mail 
and the Account info 'mail.comcast.net'), 
Server:'smtp.comcast.net',protocol:smtp,SERVER RESPONSE: '550 24.92.149.177 
blocked by ldap:ou=rbl,dc=comcast,dc=net - > 550 Message sending error.

I also just got off the phone with my ISP (comcast) and they indicated that 
it is not an ISP problem, just an Outlook problem and that all I can do is 
either reinstall MS Office or try to contact Microsoft.  

What is wierd is that it worked this morning and then when I got home this 
afternoon it would not send just receive.

Please help.

I receive other e-mail but not from a certain e-maila ddress.  What can I
