  • 1. Size problem with outlook.pst after importing archives
I had a nice small outlook.pst file, until I imported archive.pst into "Archive Folders." Now I'm finished looking at the old material and have archived it again. But my outlook.pst file remains way bigger than I want it, and the Archived material seems to be the culprit--hasn't gone away from outlook.pst, even though it is archived. (I even created a new archive file to make sure.) The "archive or delete old items" box was always checked in AutoArchive, and I have tried compacting the files--no luck. I need the outlook.pst file to be small for backup management Is there something I've missed? Thanks.
  • 2. Outlook 2002 autocorrect feature question
Hello, my problem is that when I compose a new e-mail or reply to an e-mail Outlook 2002's autocorrect feature does not work. Only when i change the text from HTML to Plain Text or Rich Text does the autocorrect feature kick in and start working. Is there any way to make the autocorrect feature work with HTML? If so or if not, can you please provide me with documentation or a link as to where I can get my answer? Thanks for your help!

hello: I have a master project with a few inserted subprojects. I have exported the full database and saved an mdb file. The tables only contain information on tasks entered directly into the master plan. The bulk of the info, the subproject tasks, are not there. How can I do this?
  • 4. Outlook Keeps Opening
I have recently upgraded from ME to XP. Lately, my Outlook has been opening up by itself. If I minimize it and attempt to do something else in another program, it keeps popping up. Very annoying. Any help would be appreciated.

The Quick Parts gallery can be edited only if the current composition window
is set to rich text or html. If you compose your messages in plain text you
are able to insert blocks from quick parts but you cannot edit or delete
them.

4.Delete Quick Part/Autotext

hello!
i created autotext/quick part in Outlook 2007; however, the user doesn't
want this particular quick part and created new language with a new title.
so, we made a new quick part with new autotext and a new label.
my problem: i cannot find a way to delete the previously created
autotext. i find it relatively simple to do this in Word2007. but not in
Outlook.
i'm sure i'm just looking right past something blaring obvious.
thanks for your time and help :)
