1. Can I store an attachment in a task?
Can an attachment be stored in a task? I have a list of ongoing tasks and documents associated with the tasks. Can I just permanently put the attachment there? Will others be able to see & edit it if the tasks are shared?

Hello, With an email-rule i can forward some mails to my boss. However, it has to work when i'm on a holiday and my computer is off. How can i do it. We have exchange-server 2003. But the only thing that i can find are the internal email-adresses. Who can help me. -- Stefan

5. wrong email address in from field
Hi--I'm desperate, please help! I have five email addresses set up in my Outlook 2003. When I first set it up I did not have the following problem, but lately it's been crashing about once a week and I just noticed this problem: No matter which email address someone writes to, my reply is sent from only one email address. I am involved in three separate businesses, so even though: A) BusinessA is my default B) I always specify which account the email should be from C) The program is supposed to reply from the same account address as it was addressed to ...BusinessC address is the ONLY address in the "from" field. Of course, that happens to be the account with the crappiest email server! I have a feeling my Outlook 2003 is corrupt. Any ideas? In the mean time, I am going to continue to receive via Outlook, yet send via webmail sites. Thank you in advance. I trust you people more than I do MS! Liza.

I've search this forum for the same question.  I've stumbled onto solution 
that worked for me.  We just recreated the signature but instead of clicking 
on advance edit and inserting the image from there, we right clicked and 
attached a jpg file.  It seems to work.
