why I can not forward messages I receive in outlook 2003 from hotm

I use a number of IMAP accounts and hotmail in Outlook and they are all 
sorted descending by date received (newest at the bottom).  All accounts have 
enough emails in them that I have to scroll. 

Since B2TR I have noticed that in the hotmail account if I navigate away 
from the inbox it forgets the message that was highlighted and scrolls down 
*exactly* 1 screens worth of messages and the bottom message (of what would 
have been the first page) is highlighted.  This of course means I have to 
scroll all the way to the bottom to view any new messages as I have sorted 
them descending.

Even highlighting the bottom message then viewing another inbox and going 
straight back to the hotmail inbox means that the message now highlighted is 
different to the one I selected (the one outlook highlights is the message 
that would be at the bottom of the first page but scrolled to the top).

Anyone else experiencing this behaviour?

4.Forwards in a received message will not open

I have Office 2007 Outlook but started encountering the same problem with 
Office 2003 before I upgraded.  It started right after a Microsoft update on 
or around February 12 / 13.  I've checked the settings and they are correct 
but when trying to open forwards contained in an email the following message 
appears:

This file cannot be previewed because of an error with the following 
previewer:
Microsoft Office Outlook message and item previewer

I thought this might be an issue with Office 2003 which is one of the 
reasons I upgraded to Office 2007 but that did not help.  I never had a 
problem with this before February 12 / 13.

5.I am not receiving forwarded messages

I have just discovered I am NOT received 'forwarded' emails.  I received 
regular emails and their attachments and reply to's.
I have out2003 on windows server 2003 sp2.
I have looked through the properties but cannot find a solution.  I have not 
changed the setup from its original installation.
