I used to use Lotus Notes and there was the option when sending an email to file the sent email into a folder (in addition to it being placed in the sent folder). I have been unable to find a similar feature in Outlook. Is anyone aware of a way to do this without going into the sent folder, selecting and copying the message and placing the copy in folder? sorry about that - this is a home workgroup - I have a server that is running win 2000 that is a primary storage/backup for all media files. The primary computers are vista w office 07 and a couple of laptops with XP w office 2003. The outlook inboxes are "mirrored" only because they are set up identically but I wondering if it possible to get the cal/tasks/contacts to sync between computers. No exchange - i have it but it is beyond the scope of what I want to maintain on the server. i would like to accomplish it without significantly altering the server.

synchronising 2 'pst files is not sharing. synchronising the 2 files is difficult and dangerous. Have a look on www.slipstick.com for ideas. -- I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
